Common questions

How do tenants use Rentmark? Your tenants log in to their own portal to view their lease, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests.

How is rent collected? You share your own payment link and instructions with tenants — Rentmark tracks payments and generates PDF receipts.

Can I use it on my iPhone? Yes. You can take property and inspection photos with the camera, and lock the app behind Face ID to keep your data private.
