Publishing and receiving applications are free. A subscription unlocks rent tracking, accounting, maintenance and the tenant portal.

How it works

  1. 1
    Create your free account

Email and password. No card, nothing to install. Takes about a minute.

  2. 2
    Add your property

Address, rent, bedrooms, photos. Everything you enter here is reused for the listing — you never type it twice.

  3. 3
    Publish it

One click puts your listing on Rentmark Rentals, where renters search on the map.

  4. 4
    Get applications in your account

Each application arrives with contact details, income and move-in date. Screen the applicant or add them as a tenant in one click.

Why list here rather than a classifieds post

Applications, not a flooded inbox

Every applicant gives you the same structured details — contact, income, move-in date, occupants, pets. You compare like with like instead of reading forty different emails.

One click to screening

From any application you can start a credit, background and eviction check. The applicant consents in writing first, and the consent is timestamped and kept on file.

The tenant record already exists

Approve someone and they become a tenant in your account — ready for a lease, a rent schedule and a portal login. No re-typing anything they already told you.

A real listing page

Photo gallery, map, facts and features, structured data for search engines. Your rental looks like a rental, not a wall of text.

Questions

How much does listing cost?
Nothing. Creating an account, adding your properties and publishing listings are free, and so is receiving applications.
So what do you charge for?
Running the tenancy afterwards: rent tracking and receipts, accounting, maintenance requests, the tenant portal, inspections, documents and messaging. That's $19.99/month, or $199.90 a year. See pricing. That part comes with a Rentmark subscription.
Do renters pay to apply?
No. Applying through Rentmark Rentals is free for renters. If you later want a credit and background check, the applicant opens that with the credit bureau directly and consents in writing first.
Can I hide my address?
Yes. You can publish without the street number — renters see the street and the map pin, and you share the exact unit when you reply.
Will my listing also appear on Zillow?
Not today. Syndication to the large portals is something we're working on; when it's live you'll be able to turn it on per listing. We'd rather say so plainly than imply a reach we don't have yet.
