- How much does listing cost?
- Nothing. Creating an account, adding your properties and publishing listings are free, and so is receiving applications.
- So what do you charge for?
- Running the tenancy afterwards: rent tracking and receipts, accounting, maintenance requests, the tenant portal, inspections, documents and messaging. That's $19.99/month, or $199.90 a year. See pricing.That part comes with a Rentmark subscription.
- Do renters pay to apply?
- No. Applying through Rentmark Rentals is free for renters. If you later want a credit and background check, the applicant opens that with the credit bureau directly and consents in writing first.
- Can I hide my address?
- Yes. You can publish without the street number — renters see the street and the map pin, and you share the exact unit when you reply.
- Will my listing also appear on Zillow?
- Not today. Syndication to the large portals is something we're working on; when it's live you'll be able to turn it on per listing. We'd rather say so plainly than imply a reach we don't have yet.
