Rent collection
Connected ✓Tenants pay their rent from their portal and the money is deposited directly into your bank account — Rentmark never holds it, and takes no commission. Your tenant pays up to $5.00 in Stripe processing fees per bank transfer (3.5% by card), and you can choose to cover it yourself. See it on the Payments screen of this demo.
