Pre-fill these values when you create a new lease. Leave a field blank for no default.
Choose how you want to get paid. Rent goes straight to you— Rentmark never holds your money. Your tenants then see a clear “Pay rent” step in their portal, and you mark each payment as received in one click. Try it on the Payments screen of this demo.
